Why Attend?
Early learning professionals are the backbone of our community, supporting working families and fostering the development of our youngest learners. Despite facing challenges such as high turnover and low wages, they remain dedicated and passionate. This event aims to restore energy, build practical skills, and remind educators of their immense value. When we invest in the well-being of those who care for our children, the entire community benefits.
